  6. This is a User questionaire program.  It is primarily
  7. designed to support the Citadel BBS program and to be
  8. used for example as a new user questioaire, but can be
  9. used by a SYSOP for any type of questionaire.  This is
  10. a STDIO door and can be used with any BBS program that
  11. supports that door type.
